Laura is awesome! I felt so comfortable making the appointment. She truly cared about my situation. She has great customer service skills. Anyone that calls ask for Laura she's awesome.
Worked at this clinic for some time, and I can tell you it is an absolutely phenomenal facility, the staff are all warm, empathetic, understanding and eager to guide and support every patient who walks in the door in a way that caters to their specific needs. Their full time guard there is incredible and always strives to make everyone feel safe and secure from the moment they arrive until they depart. I could not give higher praise to this place and the wonderful people who work there every single day.
I'm a dude, so obviously I have no business there. I did stop by there after a chiropractor appointment across the street. I brought my mom along. She received a rose from some of the supporters that were out there, and had been patrons. My mom shared an unfortunate experience she had when she was younger, which she was in need of such services. Unfortunately my mom passed away at the end of 2018. Never in my life have I felt so comfortable and cared for. I was TERRIFIED and these ladies comforted me as if I was a close friend of theirs. The process was relatively easy. I chose IV sedation for a surgical abortion. They took my blood pressure and gave me some meds to swallow. (If you are feeling nauseous they can give you meds for it. Don't let yourself stay miserable) I waited for the meds to kick in then they took me back again and put my IV in (just the needle, not the bag and tube).
