I recurved care here about a year ago. All of the staff were incredibly nice and understanding, especially the social worker who helped me so much by getting me set up for financial assistance with the procedure since I have a low income. Make sure you are going to the right building. What a terrible establishment. And absolutely hilarious that my recent review was deleted. All of you are just pro life jerks who only want to force your religious beliefs and personal feelings down vulnerable women’s throats. You have no business advertising on your website that you can help with abortion care. Absolutely disgusting.
The staff was extremely friendly, and I had no issues getting anyone on the phone to book and change my appointment date. The building is easy to find. There were a few protesters that tried to get my attention on the way in but I just ignored them. The security lady met me outside, asked for my info and took me and my driver inside to fill out some paperwork. Everything was extremely simple and the whole appointment went by very quickly. Recently had to make the hardest decision of my life. From the initial call to inquire was very nice and most of all very informative. As I have never done this before. Called back weeks later for appointment nothing but kind folks over phone. When I Got there and All staff involved in my care was absolutely wonderful to myself and my male partner.
