I was a colleague, went to her office for an ultrasound and she wasn't there that day. She waited SIX DAYS to read my ultrasound report and then FAXED it to me instead of just calling me. She wrote a note on the report, "possible ectopic, go to ER if severe pain" and I didn't see the fax until after I was home from the hospital. I lost my uterus and half my blood, literally almost died and she could have prevented that. Thank goodness this woman retired.
If not for Dr. Heller I would not be a mom to a happy healthy baby. I have a very weak cervix and after losing a baby another another doctors care I went to Dr. Heller before I even tried to concieve again. She listened to all my concerns and allowed me to tell her about my body and the choices I wanted to explore. She was totally open.... She took care of me after I got pregnant and spared no expense to make sure I was ok. I am forever thankful for this amazing woman!
I see a negative review or two, but she was great with us. Very cool, calm, collected and respectful. Never once condescended to us. And most importantly, my wife's operation was a success with no apparent complications after having the uterus removed due to various, benign growths. She has completely healed, and I can't thank Dr. Heller enough for making a stressful and delicate situation turn out as it did. It was a total success! I know she has moved down to Delaware, and she will be missed.
