I was given their number for legal advice via a hotline. The person who answered was incredibly rude and unprofessional. As most people, I'm not sure what I need and she was upset that I didn't have a specific question. I tried to give some context into my situation so she can point me in the right direct but she cut me off and asked for my specific question. "You're looking an answer? So you have a question?
