I reached out to Karlene regarding my desire to heal a pregnancy-related diastasis. Unfortunately the distance was way too far for me to see her in person and she does not yet do virtual appointments. She was very encouraging about the possibility to heal my body 4 years post-partum and researched her network to find a provider in my area for me. Thanks Karlene!

Karlene is masterful in dealing with very sensitive subjects, such as bladder control. She's a knowledgeable and empathic therapist who teaches one how to work with the body and mind, simultaneously. My condition has improved measurably, to the point that the exercises, rather than medication, are making it possible to not have leakage. At 81, I thought I was doomed to an ignominious state of weak pelvic muscles But, voila! A new woman! I will be grateful to Karlene forever. Francie N. from Boxborough.
