Karlene is masterful in dealing with very sensitive subjects, such as bladder control. She's a knowledgeable and empathic therapist who teaches one how to work with the body and mind, simultaneously. My condition has improved measurably, to the point that the exercises, rather than medication, are making it possible to not have leakage. At 81, I thought I was doomed to an ignominious state of weak pelvic muscles But, voila! A new woman! I will be grateful to Karlene forever. Francie N. from Boxborough.
