(Edited) See below for original issue that caused me to give them two stars. I've updated this to four because they did correct the error. (Original Review) Emailed them twice to try to figure out why the last prescription they compounded was completely ineffective and I've received no response. I can't pay $ for prescriptions that don't work.
Extremely responsive and takes care of any issues/concerns right away. Is a great resource and very helpful.

We’ve had a great experience working with our Prescriber Account Liaison, Andrew Makler. He is consistently responsive and readily available whenever we need assistance. Andrew has been very helpful with many of our office needs and questions, and he always takes the time to ensure we receive the support we’re looking for.
