1. Failure to send all rx's refills that were ordered. 2. No notice that order shipped. I never know if it is just taking a long time or if the order wasn't received or if there is any issue. 3. When there is an issue, they just don't fill the rx, but they do not contact you to tell you what is happening. I end up running out of my rx before I get it resolved once I even realize there is an issue. Considering we are talking about prescriptions here, you would think they could tighten their processes so that people aren't run... read more

Women’s International Pharmacy was great but Belmar has displayed a level of incompetency, disregard, and disrespect that is appalling. They filled my prescription incorrectly (!!!), then sent the corrected medication to an address I specifically said not to, and refused to follow up after their error had repercussions on my refill status. I called 8 times, was repeatedly promised a call back, and no one followed up.
