Terrible customer service from the office staff Do not recommend whatsoever Also good luck getting a hold of someone from the actual Dr office
I switched to this provider b/c they are one of the few that accept marketplace insurance plans. Coming in for basic services like the well woman are fine. However, all hell breaks loose when you actually have a medical issue. It's impossible to get a callback about lab results, wait times are over an hour for appointments, and staff is rude and inconvenienced when you ask questions, or even just try to pay your copay. I saw my lab results in the portal within a week of visit and they refused to call to go over them with me.... read more

Amazing staff and doctors!!!
Called 5 times over the course of a month to get an appointment for a IUD scheduled and was told that it needed scheduled by the medical assistant not the front desk (why?!?). Was told I would get a call back with in 24-72 hours but never did. Today I was PROMISED I’d receive a call and never did. I understand things come up but I’ve given them a month of grace and to have to wait this long to receive birth control is UNACCEPTABLE. Love Dr. Walter’s but the practice needs to figure out how to better serve their patients.
