I love my provider, NP, Kaycee Street! I have seen her a few times at this point. I have received wonderful standard of care preventative care and contraceptive care at this office. For sure this office is VERY busy. There is a lack of OBGYN services in the DFW area in general, so please be patient with everyone. It is health insurance that dictates care ( ie, in network vs out of network, or what medications are covered, copay amounts, etc.). I would recommend this office.
If I had to give 0 star I would . Front desk person hang up on me and accused me of lying and I was only making an appointment with doctor allen . We just lost a baby on November the 7th and almost lost my wife too . But the front desk decided to hang up on me after I told her that my wife is supposed to see a high risk pregnancy doctor but she s saying that my wife hasn’t been seen for the new pregnancy which she did and they did an ultrasound to check on the baby . Don’t bother scheduling apts. We got there on time for our scheduled appointment but we still had to wait 50 min more before they finally called us back. Meanwhile the ladies up front played on their phones instead of check to see why the patients in the lobby are waiting so long. No apologies offered as to them it’s always this bad.
The most inept and cavalier doctor's office I have ever experienced. They have an antiquated portal that they push you to use but they don't return messages. Neither the doctors or nurses have voicemail. There is one person that answers the phone and supposedly sends messages. When you have questions or concerns, they simply don't care enough to address them. You will spend weeks waiting, hoping and begging to be heard. Go somewhere else where they actually care.
