I went in for my 34 week appointment this morning at 9am. My dr from McArthur left so I had to come here so this was my second visit (same lady wasn't pleasant the first visit either). I walked in and the blonde front desk receptionist was slunched over sitting on her phone I said good morning how are you and she didn't even look at me she looked at her computer with a dirty look on her face so I just offered my name so she can check me in. I tried to see the best in this office, but the bad reviews were 100% accurate. The front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. The nurses were okay, but the NP’s and Doctors is why I'm giving a one star review. The appointments with them seem very rushed and they don’t want to dig deeper into questions you have, just give textbook answers. If you have an issue, for me it was a pre term emergency c-section where baby didn’t survive, they’ll just say they don’t know why it happened, and won’t offer to run tests to look ... read more
Dr. Riggs is absolutely amazing!! As a first time mom, I could not have asked for a more caring & compassionate doctor. She always listened to any concerns we had & answered questions throughly. She was so encouraging and helpful during birth. She advocated for me & my baby but ultimately left the decisions to me & my husband. I have never had problems with the office staff or scheduling appointments.
I’ll try to keep this to the point. They don’t return portal messages or phone calls. You’re told it could take 72 hours and literal weeks would go by with no follow up. Saw my Dr total of maybe 3 times my entire pregnancy. Most visits were with NP. Nothing personable about my whole experience there. Due to issues from 1+ hours wait times in lobby to Dr emergency issues, never got my 6 week follow up after birth (baby’s now 5 months).
