RecommendedI always have a great experience at the Alliance location. The front desk staff is nice and very welcoming . I have been seeing Kristen for a while and I love how comfortable she makes me feel during the appointment.

Schedule an appointment with Dr. Monica Lopez more than a month ago in September. Was schedule for October 12 and was told that there where no more appointments available. Waited for the whole month suffering and in need to see a Gynecologists. Assisted to the appointment at the Grapevine office. Was there before the office was open, no one was there. Nothing said in text, website, on on the door but I was turned away yesterday because I had my infant daughter sleeping in her car seat with me and they said they aren’t allowing kids at appointments right now and that I will have to reschedule. The lady checking everyone in at the front had an attitude the second she saw me with the baby... I called the front desk and pleaded to let me be seen and offered to put a car seat cover over my baby so taking off work was not in vain and they still told me I would have to reschedul... read more

I was referred to WIH from a friend that said Dr. Allen was amazing and could help with the issues I was having. After my first visit, I cannot get ANYONE to call me back. At least 4 unanswered nurse messages, my portal message sat for 3 weeks until I reminded someone to get back to me. I left a voicemail for the Office Manager to discuss the issue and she still hasn’t called me back 2 weeks later. Maybe Dr Allen is great. I won’t know since I can’t get anyone to treat me like a patient.

I have been a patient of Dr Lopez for roughly 8 years. I’ve been taken care of through infertility and then 3 births and about to have my 4th. Even at the heart of a “pandemic” and all the stress that comes with that, I have never been treated with more respect, personal investment & attention, and dedicated care at a doctors office. I have been seeing Dr. Walters for 15 years or maybe a little more than that, and she is fantastic. She also was my daughter’s doctor for the birth of three of her children. Now that I am older I try to see her once a year since I was diagnosed with lobular carcinoma in situ in 1993 and was told back then to always see a Gyn and have a mammogram yearly. She is one of the best doctors I have ever been to.
Unprofessional staff, front office receptionists need more training on how to communicate in a professional tone to patients! Never been treated this poorly before by a hospital staff, the doctor had horrible bedside manner, and only cared about your money and not your time! I don’t mind paying extra for quality healthcare, but this place is horrible!
Dr. Lopez and her staff have been nothing but amazing throughout my pregnancy, delivery, and post postpartum. Dr is clear and concise, which I appreciate. The nurse for Dr. Lopez is caring and understanding. Dr. had also referred me to a perinatal doctor which I also had an amazing experience with.
