Schedule an appointment with Dr. Monica Lopez more than a month ago in September. Was schedule for October 12 and was told that there where no more appointments available. Waited for the whole month suffering and in need to see a Gynecologists. Assisted to the appointment at the Grapevine office. Was there before the office was open, no one was there.
