They really have earned their 2/5 stars. Over 12 hours of my husband sitting in this ER with a partially collapsed lung and pneumonia. Insane. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The people are nice that's the only good thing I can say about it. Went in with really high blood pressure on July 24th 2026. The missed the veins in my arms when drawing blood. They ruined my urine sample had to give one multiple times, and they had me use a bathroom that had blood all over it. The nurse said "you should be fine if you got shoes ". I ended up having to leave without being discharged because after the doctor told me to follow up with my doctor they never came back and discharged me. If you need help don't co... read more

Absolutely horrible experience. Patient care does not seem to be their top priority. The staff appears to do the bare minimum, and the level of professionalism was very disappointing. I could hear nurses in the hallway laughing and yelling back and forth, while others were sitting on their phones and seemed annoyed when asked for assistance. They appeared unprepared and unsure of what to do. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I hope they shut down and hopefully soon.

Dr worcowicz ordered a neurology consult and pt/ot consult when I showed up to the ed and asked for them to consult pulmonology she said “why would we do that when he doesn’t live here, why would we establish care” 😐 then they transfer him to ed observation. The neurologist Dr Bhagau also said “ if he needs another consult he needs to go to the hospital” then fast forward ... read more

I had my baby here in February 2026. It was a really great experience! The nurses were all kind and I felt very comfortable. I had severe bleeding after birth and was tended to immediately. The nurses never made me feel scared! They respected our decision to not vaccinate or circumcise our little boy. The postpartum room was also nice and we were regularly checked on. I received breastfeeding support and the hospital offered many essentials to make recovery more comfortable - ice pads, tucks, peri bottle, etc. I'd happily re... read more
