Very, very unprofessional! I was seeing NP Cheryl Brophy for 2 years to help get myself to the point of being pregnant with PCOS. Went here because a friend said it’s a great place and it probably is if you’re young and skinny. Waiting forever for them to tell me you’re too heavy and too old so with you being high risk we can’t see you. I’m 37 by the way. Which I told them my age weight and height over the phone when I made the appointment. So I waited two weeks lost pay and drove 30 minutes for them to say sorry you’re too heavy and old for us to see you. Maybe idk tell people that before they waste their time.
Definitely wished I would have came here sooner. Nicole Peele is amazing. She takes the time to explain things and takes the time to actually listen to you. You can tell she's actually in the health field because she wants to be there to help! Bree was also so amazing and also funny! Would definitely recommend!

Poor bedside manner and always have phones off even when they are open I can never get through they keep a message on their machine saying they are closed.
