I love this WIC office. I used to go to the Springedale office but was able to transfer to here. The last 3 times I went to the Springdale office they didn’t add my benefits correctly and called me after I left and I had to turn around and come back. It only got terrible when they hired a new very lovely looking young black lady, who was very unfriendly and rude, and I got the impression that she was doing this to me on purpose, racism maybe? Staff are great helping you get everything set up! But what they’re not great at is answering phone calls when you need your card reloaded it is now the 14th and I’ve called everyday so far this month. So that means I’ve been buying formula all month. Absolutely no excuse for not having a call back from my multiple calls.
Such a great program they are extremely helpful!!!
