Unfortunately, the waiting room had only single chairs with arms, so my big hips could not comfortably fit. I recommend getting a mix of chairs with and without armrests to accommodate a variety of body sizes. Oh, and many of the chairs definitely had some staining, so they really could use a replacement anyway. All the staff were very kind throughout my visit and on the phone.
