This was the first time I used the office and I think there are good reasons for me to give a 3 star evaluation. First, after 7 business days of check, I still have not received any updates about the mammogram screen, which I usually got within two days of visit from previous imaging facilities. Second, at check-in, I was asked to refill all the forms which I had already completed online. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but my experience at this facility was very disappointing. I went for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound, and the technician was rude and dismissive. Despite my doctor ordering a bilateral mammogram, she insisted that my right breast was fine and didn’t listen to me. After I contacted my doctor, she finally agreed to do the mammogram for both breasts but then lectured me about the risks of excessive X-rays, which I already understand due to my master's in oral radiology.
