Tried to convince me to have a late stage abortion after wrongly telling me my baby had a severe heart defect. When I was pregnant with my second child. They thought and told me he had a severe heart defect at 24 weeks pregnant. This was despite them not being able to get a good look. They told me multiple horrible things it could be that could mean a lifetime of medical surgeries and monitering for him. I was devasted and scared. Despite this location being very convenient, I ultimately chose to get a mammogram almost 2 hours away in my hometown rather than (here) in my new town. I tried three separate times to give this place a fair chance. If this office ever advertises that it is under new management, I would consider trying again. Suggestions: Please acknowledge clients when they arrive. Out of 3–4 staff members, someone should pause to greet patients. Follow up and call patients once documents are received on your end. Really a decent place. I was dropped at the wrong entrance and the manager actually came out and helped me get to the correct entrance, by pushing me on my wheeled, sit down walker. The other people were rather friendly and helpful to. I'd suggest this facility to anyone looking for that mid life exam.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Like many women, I was very anxious about my yearly mammogram, but the front desk staff were so friendly, helpful, and amazing—their smiles really helped ease my nerves. Christine, the technician who assisted me, was outstanding. She was incredibly friendly, made great conversation, and helped me feel comfortable and relieved throughout the process. She answered all my questions and was so helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a mammogram!
I just had a wonderful experience at this location. My case may be a little more complicated than some because I have very dense breasts, implants, and I am breast-feeding. My doctor had requested both a mammogram and an ultrasound as I am prone to fluid filled cysts. Needless to say, the whole experience tends to make me a little nervous, but Christine the person that did my mammogram and ultrasound completely put me at ease.
