I had a great experience at this clinic. Scheduling was easy, and they got me in quickly and timely for an ultrasound that has to be done at a specific point in my cycle. All staff I encountered was very kind, and the environment of the clinic was cozy and welcoming. That’s not always found in a medical setting. The doctor went over results with me instantly and even uploaded them to my MyChart/referring provider the same day!

I really hate to give this place a bad review because we need more women's health establishments and I've had a mammogram here in the past and the staff was nothing but kind. However, I found a lump in my breast in the middle of December that required immediate imaging. I got in to see my primary care doctor right away and she confirmed it met all of the characteristics of cancer. Her office sent an urgent diagnostic imaging referral here. First off, I was guaranteed upon checking in that a 3D mammogram was going to be utilized. THIS WAS A LIE! My report, which took forever to get stated a 2D mammogram was performed which is outdated technology and isnt sensitive to puck up early cancers. I WOULD HAVE NEVER HAD MY MAMMOGRAM DONE IF I KNEW THIS!!!! Now I have to cash pay for a 3D mammogram to be done some where else. This place is horrible!

This place is horrible!!!! Find another location to get a mammogram. They take absolutely forever to get your results. I have called multiple times and they say the results will be in today. TOTAL LIE!!!! Nothing like leaving women to worry about multiple lumps. At this point, I doubt my results were even sent to a radiologist for reading. They deal with remote radiologist now. THERE IS NO IN OFFICE RADIOLOGIST LIKE THERE USED TO BE!!! So unprofessional and has no apathy for women whatsoever!

Came to this establishment to obtain information on HSG for my wife. While sitting in the waiting room, I heard a woman screaming so loudly for well over half an hour! I was ready to walk in back to see what was happening as she sounded like she needed help. Combined with the fact that 3 different women walked into the office to inquire about their mammograms results from testing that took place weeks ago, I will not allow my wife to be seen in such an unprofessional place!
