Horrible. They booked everybody at the same time and you sit there for 45 minutes, staring at each other with pink gowns on waiting to go in for a mammogram. I think they’re fast and unprofessional never going back. I miss the old place in Ryebrook where they were kind, compassionate, and you got your results immediately after the doctor read them and you spoke with her.
I visited the Women's Imaging Center for a Stereo Biopsy in February 2025. From the moment I arrived I felt comfortable. The front desk staff greeted me and checked me in. The doctor who performed my biopsy, Dr. Zimmerman, her nurse and tech were very kind and made me feel comfortable. Their demeanor helped calm my nerves. They had a great bedside manner.
I had a very disappointing experience with the valet parking service. The two attendants failed to call for my car after I waited for 25 minutes. When I approached them to ask, the person monitoring the requests claimed it was never submitted. This happened again today, even after I specifically told them in advance to ensure my car was called on time due to a prior issue.
