I visited the Women's Imaging Center for a Stereo Biopsy in February 2025. From the moment I arrived I felt comfortable. The front desk staff greeted me and checked me in. The doctor who performed my biopsy, Dr. Zimmerman, her nurse and tech were very kind and made me feel comfortable. Their demeanor helped calm my nerves. They had a great bedside manner.

I had a very disappointing experience with the valet parking service. The two attendants failed to call for my car after I waited for 25 minutes. When I approached them to ask, the person monitoring the requests claimed it was never submitted. This happened again today, even after I specifically told them in advance to ensure my car was called on time due to a prior issue. I know there have been negative reviews posted here, but my experience was very good. I waited 25 minutes to get into the exam room but by that time the tech had already looked at my medical records and knew exactly what needed to be done as a follow up from an exam 6 months ago. The trch was personable and very professional. More importantly, the results were reviewed by the radiologist while I waited, so I received immediate feedback. That was wonderful.
