Spoke with billing regarding a payment plan over the phone a few days ago letting them know that i would not be able to make the full payment at time of MRI. Was advised to keep the appointment, and they will be able to accommodate for a payment plan with a higher up once I go in. Walked in and the lady at front desk asked for the full amount to be paid. Been here for an hour for x ray have not seen a single person been called back or leave. Staff in front is nice though
I've been using this location for many years. Staff is always very courteous. It is easy to make appointments online and results are posted quickly to your patient portal.
