Nice experience, very knowledgeable and fun staff made it a breeze getting in and out! I personally just stopped in to book my appointment rather than wait on the phone!
I just spoke to a scheduling or insurance employee. I’m needing to schedule an appointment for my child for X-rays. She asked what insurance and if that particular coverage was with USAA etc. I asked a question …not a big deal in most opinions that it would be acceptable..to ask a valid question…she so sweetly(hard sarcasm implied here) replied back quite snappy “actually I was getting to that!” . It’s always something with this place they absolutely suck
I had a great experience, the check in process was easy since I filled out everything prior to my appointment online. My appointment was at 8:30 was seen before 8:15. My technician Lorena made my feel so at ease and went through the whole process and explained every step to me since this was my first mammogram. I would recommend this facility.
