Meagan (ultrasound tech) was very professional and explain everything in detail to me. She made me feel so much at ease because I was nervous to begin with when I got there! Very friendly and provided me with my report to give to my PCP and for my personal use.
Great experience getting an MRI today! Was a little nervous since there are some bad reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was very nice and responsive. There had been a mistake made by the scheduler but the woman who checked me in was able to correct it quickly. I was seen promptly at my appointment time and the MRI technician was nice and helped the process go very smoothly.
Spoke with billing regarding a payment plan over the phone a few days ago letting them know that i would not be able to make the full payment at time of MRI. Was advised to keep the appointment, and they will be able to accommodate for a payment plan with a higher up once I go in. Walked in and the lady at front desk asked for the full amount to be paid. I told her I spoke with someone in billing regarding a payment plan and they said you would need to check with a higher up to approve it. She said there was nothing in the n... read more
Been here for an hour for x ray have not seen a single person been called back or leave. Staff in front is nice though
