I wish our community had better services available. DHR is a high income institution making millions of dollars every week. The appointment staff and front desk staff for the most part seem to be very unprofessional across the board. Some training is needed. I went in yesterday to reschedule my apptmt. Was told they had "no waiting" at that time, & would I like to get it done now? I had until 2pm to be done, so I could help a friend get to her therapy apptmt by 2:30 on Ridge Rd. Since it was barely 12 noon, I agreed, not knowing it would take about 45 mins just to get registered, but was very quick! I told the clerk my situation and she replied it wouldn't be long?
