My teenage daughter and I were waiting in a private room adjacent to the MRI room alone and we could hear the MRI staff’s conversation just outside our room. Every other word used in their conversation was a curse word. My young daughter was shocked when she heard them. I understand they thought they were having a private conversation but employees should be more professional regardless of who is or is not in their presence. DHR Imaging needs to improve their professionalism when it comes to this issue.

One star is too much. First of all I have a given name, I am NOT a number. I’m not in a meat market! Then have to wait so long to get the mammogram. People arrived late for their appointment and they get seen first smh

This place is very inconsiderate of appointments. They do not honor the flow of appointments and leave you waiting hours in the lobby. Takes about 45 minutes just to be called to the registration window. If I could rate them half star or no stars at all it will merit it. This place is ridiculous.

I wish our community had better services available. DHR is a high income institution making millions of dollars every week. The appointment staff and front desk staff for the most part seem to be very unprofessional across the board. Some training is needed. When I got I the call from Rachel or Rach (hard to tell on voicemail) she reached out at 3:20 from +1 (956) 362-8640 from the to get scheduled I was told you have an appointment with the imaging center on May 28, 2025, suite 301 at 3:30PM.
