Changed the ratings because staff are kind , the whole place is well kept, organized, but the only thing that I think needs more work is scheduling. I’ve called multiple times prior to scheduling an appointment for my mom the scheduler said they did not have her referral, however when I went to the clinic she was scheduled with ease, so it was a bit confusing, but other than that ladies at the front were nice , they even have complimentary coffee and teas that’s sweet.
I wanted to give a review because previous reviews are so poor. I made an appointment about 2 weeks out. I arrived a bit before my appointment and was warmly greeted. I filled out some simple paperwork and they asked me to sit. After about 10 minutes I was called to the desk again to answer a few registration questions and then sat back down.
