The staff is wonderful. Tech Summer is an asset to your practice. She is kind and professional. She remembered me from a year ago. My entire visit took 10 minutes. This flag is there.

My recent experience at Solis was more than horrible. I was met with incompetence and rudeness throughout my morning appointment. The office was confused as to whether the needed records or orders had been received and did not notify me beforehand that anything was amiss. Later they did “discover” that records had been sent. I was only told that I would have to reschedule the appointment. Their appointment schedule is not open for a whole month. Do they expect me to wait a month to determine whether cancer is present?
