The employees all were cordial and efficient. The US technician kept me informed of what to expect and what she was doing. The wait time in reception was less than 10min. I love this place. Every time I am here it is professional in cleanliness and procedure.
My CT Scan appointment was very quick. I had excellent care by the technician setting me up for the scan. It helped that I had been asked not to wear clothing with any metal such as zippers. It made my appointment go very smoothly.
Exceptional professionalism. I was still receiving reminders for my mammograms after my bilateral mastectomy and the staff took care of that while checking me in. Always efficient, helpful and genuinely pleasant.
