I was 10 minutes last and was denied service. I drove over an hour to get there and was held up. This is outrageous for healthcare systems, esp seeing as we normally wait long periods for attention.
The entire staff was very professional and courteous. I had both a mammogram and ultrasound. The flowers given to each patient was a nice touch.
Made an otherwise very scary situation comforting and gentle. From the front desk to the technicians, I appreciate their care and attention. I also loved how it feels so “safe” and catered to women. Wait time was non-existent- they were prompt, kind, gentle, thorough and attentive!
The admin staff were a bit cold, so I was nervous as I was waiting for my appointment. But the nurses were wonderful! The person doing my scan was gentle and very polite, they were thorough and gave me my results before I left! They even had bunches of flowers for all of the patients to take on their way out. Overall I had a pleasant experience!
Customer service is the worst!!! It is so painful and they are not helpful in anyway. I'll drive further away not to deal with this place ever again. So sad
