Though disappointed that they have moved to space within SACH, the techs were wonderful. It's a longer process to register and navigate through the hospital and not as comfortable a setting as when they were on Ronald Reagan Blvd.
This imaging center was such a fantastic place! The staff was so helpful and considerate! The experience there was excellent. From the front desk (amanda and others) to the clinical staff ( dr. Greco, Marlene, rose etc) they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, so helpful and accommodating. Today it’s so hard to find good people and good customer service, but this place defines great care! Great job and I would recommend anyone to go here!!
This is my longtime imaging center and I've never had anything but positive experiences there. I go for all my DEXA scans and mammograms. I appreciate the sincerity, friendliness, and helpfulness from everyone from the front desk to the people assisting with the imaging. Will be returning time and time again. I can't understand the negative reviews. Never had anything but positive experiences there.
Everyone was so nice......once I was seen the procedure went quick.....The doctor was gentle and explained everything.
