Beautiful facility and equipment. The techs who do your procedure talk to you a little crazy sometimes but it's close to home - so I go. My doctors don't trust the radiologist's results but I get the cd and they can read it themselves.
Since I was able to complete the forms beforehand, I only had to wait about five minutes before being called back. I was also able to get a copy of my films within 15 minutes.
I arrived prior to my appointment and watched the women who work there look directly at me and leave in their vehicles. I even spoke with one of them. I have never experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism from a place of business. I received a message prior to my appt. informing me that I missed my appointment. All LIES!!! I only gave it one star because I have to. They don't even deserve that star.
Been on hold for 30 minutes to set up an appointment.
