My care was excellent in every way. I had an invasive biopsy after a previous mammogram showed problems. I am almost 90, hard of hearing and using a cane. The several nurses and the young woman radiologist did everything they could do to make me comfortable. Thank you from Katherine Long
Had to go to get a ultrasound and mammogram. The ultrasound tech was very inconsiderate and disrespectful. Waiting over two hours in small closet area with only four chairs facing each other. To top it off the receptionist could not find or write a work excuse correctly.
Had the dreaded “Call Back” and was sent to this center. Got a next day appointment which helped alleviate stressful time. From the reception to the X-ray techs, everyone made me feel at ease. They were caring and comforting. Dr. Rice had wonderful bedside manner as she thoroughly explained what was happening. Fortunately for me, everything was fine. Highly recommend this imaging center.
Been here twice, over two and a half wait both times, better off going to Huebner location.
I would give this place -10 if it were an option! My Dr. gave me a referral for a mammogram as i haven't had one in 3 years. My husband had to take off work which we really can't afford, drove from Leon Springs (almost in Boerne) to here. We were parking in the parking garage 5 minutes before i was told to come in to fill out paperwork. My phone rings in the garage and they canceled my appointment! ! 5 minutes! !
