Find a different clinic!! Last year was my first year doing my mammogram and the staff was not pleasant to deal with. I just figured they were having a bad day and got my mammogram and ultrasound done anyways. This review is posted on behalf of my mother. She has been 20 years cancer free and recently had a MRI showing a new mass and a leaking implant. She was referred to this imaging center for followup breast ultrasounds. All the staff was friendly and helpful. They kept her calm and provided blankets and snacks when the noticed she was shaking and cold due to the stress of the situation. The Techs and Radiologist were caring and were able to answer the questions they could. They recommended some great surgeons for further care.
I went in because I found a couple lumps in my breasts. They told me they needed to biopsy. I asked how much that would cost and of course nobody in the office knew and they gave me a number I could call to get the price. I called and left a couple messages because they never answered the phone. I never heard back. About a week later I got a confirmation for an appointment that I didn’t actually set.
