I agree with previous post, their handling of simple information is horrific.... My experience with this place is unbelievable terrible, you would not believe me even if I posted it. I totally understand now, why America is so upset with health care industry.....

I had x-rays of my back Nov. 2024. Results had no mention of a herniated disc. I also had a MRI several months later and no mention there either. I finally went to a second spine specialist for a second opinion Aug. 2025 and was shown that it was clearly visible on the x-ray. I suffered pain for almost a year that should have been avoided. They are not very efficient and I will never trust them again,
The mammogram tech Lea was very kind, comforting and explained everything thoroughly and in a caring manner on my diagnostic follow up mammogram. She is hands down the best imaging tech I've ever encountered. Thank you Lea for making a uncomfortable and scary exam a positive experience!
