Had an U/S everyone was friendly and efficient my report was done same day
The male receptionist at the front desk was efficient, but unfriendly and cold. The DEXA Scan Technician was efficient but also unfriendly and cold. The Mammogram Technician was warm and friendly as well as efficient and explained everything well. If I ran this clinic, I would hold classes for staff in customer service and "bedside manner." I am in the medical field myself and know that it helps to ease patients' worry when they encounter staff who are kind and understanding.
