Dr. Alison Gottschalk is a true expert in hormones. I was first introduced to Alison by a girlfriend who also sees her for menopause. We decided to start progesterone for my history as a poor sleeper. She is lovely and I highly recommend her to anyone worried about their hormones -Tina.
