Went to get blood drawn, the tech tied the tourniquet so tight it stops my circulation told her she was hurting she said ok I will put it over your sweter,she did not know when it is that tight it alters the blood results. The I asked for a butterfly, they don't have them, when whe was done she wrapped my arm arm and elbo in a gauze wrap that I could not drive now my arm hurts from her sticking the needel in too far. They should start teaching these techs how to draw blood.

I usually have a great experience, however this time I booked through Axia and when I arrived they did not have record of my appointment. Thankfully the Doctor agreed to see me. I am a wheelchair and use paratransit.
