I wish I would have filtered these reviews by Most Recent. I went in for perimenopause hormone therapy. My symptoms were severe and I let the nurse who had first seen me know. She told me I was too young for perimenopause and the fact that my mother had it young and the symptoms went on for 10 years didn't make sense. She both dismissed my concerns and symptoms and is categorically and medically wrong. I transferred to this office after my NP friend recommended the OB’s. I had my first visit at 30 weeks, and to my surprise I would not be meeting my doctor until 37 weeks according to receptionist. I am not sure if this is more common now in days with this being my first baby. The reception and staff were all on their phones when I arrived. I was told to take urine sample before I could be seen. Pretty bummed. I'm a nurse myself and came here as I needed a new gyne. Not only do I walk in and all the staff is on their phones and not welcoming but I waited 1.5 hours to be seen for a routine pap. Then I had some labs done and when I asked for water the lab staff told me they don't have any... then she complained the whole time about the receptionists and Ma not doing their job. Huge issue with Sue at the front desk, the attitude the incompetence. All of the other nurses and PA’s were great I was switching groups to another that specialized in high risk pregnancy (and delivers at a high risk hospital which this network does not) I released all my records and when I went to my new office they were missing about 80% of the paperwork.
