Huge issue with Sue at the front desk, the attitude the incompetence. All of the other nurses and PA’s were great I was switching groups to another that specialized in high risk pregnancy (and delivers at a high risk hospital which this network does not) I released all my records and when I went to my new office they were missing about 80% of the paperwork. I'm not one to write a subpar review, but when your appointments 2/3 of the time are rescheduled it is an annoyance and an inconvenience to the patient. I only go here 1-2x per year, so that rescheduling rate is too high in my opinion. Otherwise, to leave off in a good note, the APPs, MAs, phlebotomists, and front desk assistants are attentive and understanding.
Absolutely negligent. Dr. IDRIEs was ready to remove my 10 year old IUD with no visible strings with a hook tool in my uterus and didn’t have time to see ultrasounds. He said it might take a few tries but it’s common. I’m glad I advocated for myself and went to another obgyn that immediately sent me to ultrasound and found out my IUD had been embedded in my uterus which will need surgery. Now imagine the damage following his advice could’ve made. Avoid like the plague.
Amazing they took the time to explain all the questions. The doctor and the nurses are amazing and understanding. Really recommend..
Made me go in 3x to tell me the same thing over and over again , one of the nurses on my 3rd and last appointment instead of reading about me just asked " so what are you pregnant or not ? Or what? I don't understand, did You have a miscarriage?" Just like that no sympathy. How about next time " So I'm a little confused, your test says you are not pregnant, did you test different recently?"
