I'm not impressed with women's health care group of Overland Park. I have been a patient their for about four years now and every time I call to get in contact with a nurse, no one ever answers. Last time I went in for an appointment their nurse "forgot" I was there and I was waiting for over an hour to be helped after signing in. I have also tried on many occasions to call about billing questions and no one ever picks up the phone. It's extremely frustrating to be a patient here and will probably find another OBGYN.
