I have never had such a bad experience with a receptionist, or really any human ever, as I did with the receptionist Tita at this clinic. When I chose not to sign two optional forms authorizing the clinic to leave test results via voice message, she became very argumentative and threatened that if I did not sign the forms then I could not receive any voice messages from a nurse about anything, even just referencing the clinic or an appointment. When I stated that this was not how I interpreted the form, she threw up her arms... read more

I have been coming to this practice since I was 15 years old and just recently had the absolute worst experience with my first pregnancy. I had a 7-week ultrasound done in which everything looked great, healthy and baby had a heartbeat of 123bpm. I then had my first exam done on May 7th by Dr. Alessio in the office. I just want to personally give a huge thankyou to Imani (MJ) the receptionist. I could tell that she genuinely cared, and because of that she really helped me. I had terrible experiences and my hopes of getting my IUD removed and starting a family were running low. I wish more people in this world were like her, because all you have to be is nice. It could brighten someone’s day, or give them hope…. So Thankyou MJ!!

It was my first and only visit, and I scheduled with a female doctor for my own comfort. I come in for my appointment and find that I’m scheduled with a male doctor, and they couldn’t switch it to a female for me. Their central scheduling is the issue in my eyes. I am a trauma survivor and having to deal with that was absolutely not okay. Most women do not want to have a male OBGYN checking them out.
