Dr. Patel is an excellent physician. Today was my second visit with him. He took the time to answer all my (many) questions. Dr. Patel is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He has all the qualities that I want in a gyn doctor. I've had conversations with his nurse Bridget over the phone and she is an excellent member of the team.
Really enjoyed my time coming here while I was pregnant. Receptionist was so helpful booking my appointments and all the drs/practitioners I scheduled with were so informative and friendly.

Office girls lie and are very rude. Make you wait and Nurse lies.
I have never had such a bad experience with a receptionist, or really any human ever, as I did with the receptionist Tita at this clinic. When I chose not to sign two optional forms authorizing the clinic to leave test results via voice message, she became very argumentative and threatened that if I did not sign the forms then I could not receive any voice messages from a nurse about anything, even just referencing the clinic or an appointment.
