I would give 1 star if I had stood up for myself a little more, but I didn't, so I'll give a bit of leeway with an extra star. My appointment was on July 24 at 5pm. Dr. Hudson has decent bedside manner, and her staff is nice. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was not good. I went to this office 3 months ago. Mind you, this was my first time ever going to a gynecologist. Dr. Hudson is the best. She is caring, listens, and answers messages herself. I have nothing but positive things to say and highly recommend Dr. Hudson.
I had a very positive experience during my first appointment. Dr. Hudson and her staff are all very down to earth and welcoming. Dr. Hudson had me laughing through my pap, which is usually a very uncomfortable and invasive (at least how my other ones were). I especially appreciate the level of care Dominique showed as I explained my concerns, fears, and reservations during the analyzation period. Terrible customer service. I was told on the phone a week ago that they take my insurance gave my ID card number over the phone . A week later I drove all the way to the appointment and they say they don’t take my insurance. This was a waste of time and energy. This could’ve been prevented if I was told this information when I initially called!
