I called to cancel my appointment, but the receptionist failed to communicate this to anyone else at the practice. I later received two calls from other staff checking if I was okay. This receptionist was rude, impatient, interrupted me multiple times, and even hung up on me. Her unprofessional behavior makes me seriously doubt whether my concerns or appointments would ever be properly handled. The midwives and NP’s, OB’s, nurses, support staff, and reception are so incredible here. They are personable, patient, compassionate, and so informative. I’ve had three miscarriages so naturally my anxiety is a bit high. I’m due any day with my second miracle baby and I am forever grateful to the kindness of this staff and how they have walked with our family. It truly has been a blessing!
Dr. Theo Kapetanakis is a wonderful doctor. He is thoughtful, kind and compassionate. He answers questions on the patient portal in a timely manner. His receptionist is also kind and helpful. He performed my hysterectomy and excision surgery for endometriosis and andometriosis. I would 10/10 recommendation. Every other doctor I saw before him was dismissive about my pain and health.
