Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment… completed paperwork and waited… sign says let receptionist know if you’ve been waiting for 20 minutes past your appointment time… 25 minutes after my scheduled time I let receptionist know .. she acted like I inconvenienced her… there’s only two people ahead of you- she only has two rooms - you should be seen shortly … ok…well a full 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment I’m still sitting in the lobby ALONE… no other patients… so I leave- telling the receptionist I’ve waited 4... read more
