They got the worst attitudes don’t answer the phone it’s really been bad since doctor striplin left!
I love Dr. Steen she is so wonderful and helpful. The front desk however is not helpful at all. I’ve called asking questions that were simple and they brushed me off and tried to get me off the phone as soon as possible. She is very cold and seems lazy. I needed a refill on my birth control but my appointment was one month past a year. The girl refused to help. I ended up getting over the counter birth control which caused some issues. The WORST doctors office I’ve ever had. I’ve been a patient for YEARS and they consistently get my chart information wrong they are completely unreliable with follow up. The nurses are RUDE and completely unreliable on giving information to their doctors. DO NOT GO HERE
I called x3 times to ask about a follow up for my labs, the receptionist ended up going over my results with me while she was watching the waiting room because the nurse practitioner or OB wouldn't give me a call
Never got back to me said they’d call me and they never did it’s been a whole month I had to go someplace else
