Avoid! Extremely unprofessional, Naghmeh Khodai even swore multiple times, spoke negatively about my general practitioner and gave me contradicting information, their wait period is 60-90mins even with scheduled appointments, and they charge for services that were not provided. If you try to contact their billing department (Annette), they never answer nor return calls.
Avoid at all costs. I waited 90 minutes to see this doctor, who opened with, “Oh, are you here for breast tenderness?” — despite my paperwork in bold letters saying pregnancy. She then “ordered” hCG and progesterone labs… except she somehow ordered an STD panel instead. I also asked for nausea medication, which she assured me she’d send in. Shockingly, never happened. Make sure they don’t charge you for a visit when you’ve already reached her out-of-pocket maximum. The billing manager Annette will not return your calls will not refund you the money and when you go in for another visit, she wants you to pay another co-pay even though she still owes you $25. It’s been over a month now I even spoke to the doctor at my visit on January 21 and I still haven’t gotten my money back.
Caring and knowledgable practitioners made my visit smooth and efficient. They communicated clearly as I was booking an appointment and were warm and welcoming when I entered the clinic. The power unexpectedly went out in the whole building and they still found a way to see me and make the visit smooth!
Nooshin Salehi This doctor I went to, a woman, even though that I told her I have cramp and I went to other doctor, one other doctor, and she didn't even touch me or examine me, she did the same thing. And it was amazing to me that nowadays doctors they don't touch people anymore, they just stand there and read some lab results.
