I went for my first appointment today with Dr. Li, she was fast, gentle ( not aggressive like most ) & actually talked to you and makes you feel very comfortable. I will continue seeing her & recommend her as well. I’m glad to finally be seeing a Dr who seems to care about the patient!
I only come here for Dr Nelson she’s amazing, however the receptionist is rude. I had an appointment because I was having really bad menstrual pain. I came in and was checking in then I asked to use the bathroom, the receptionist said are you leaving a urine sample and I said I don’t think so? Then she response with “well what are you doing” and I said “my period is just heavy” literally why I’m here today and her response was “I didn’t need to know all that” well then don’t keep asking why someone has to go to the bathroom.... read more
Absolutely love this place. I’ve seen almost all of the doctors / nurse practitioners all Of them are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and take the time to really listen to my concerns. I felt comfortable and confident in the care I received. It’s refreshing to visit a healthcare provider where you feel genuinely cared for. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality medical care with a personal touch.
I saw Dr. Summitt on Tuesday. During the exam he literally coughed on my lady parts. No apology or acknowledgement. He prescribed pelvic floor PT and some medication. It is now Friday and the medication is still not called in. My insurance won't cover the PT. I have called the office daily with no response or assistance. I have a rectocele and a cystocele that is painful and causing issues going to the bathroom. I asked about ways to help me be able to go and other questions.
