The lady who answer the phone knows professional telephone etiquette I been calling all day to find that professional telephone service and she delivered I scheduled with them hopefully service is wonderful

I had a very disappointing experience at Women’s Health Specialists on Humphreys Blvd. I called to schedule an appointment after finding out I am newly pregnant and high risk due to a previous loss. I was previously instructed by my doctor to call immediately once I became pregnant again. Instead of receiving support, I was treated very unprofessionally by a manager who was rude, raised her voice, and was dismissive of my concerns. My review is specifically for the lady at the front desk not the doctors) Lady that answered my call today (3/18/26) at 3:06 pm was RUDE! She answered the phone with attitude and then I told her I was running a little behind would that be ok and she said “well we give a 15 minute grace period” so I told her I would be there 10 minutes after my appointment time (so within the 15 min grace period) then proceeds to tell me “you’ll just have to reschedule, your dr will be gone by then”.
