I have been living in the US for 14 years and I have been seeing Dr. Markman and Dr. Mishan ever since I have been here. I equally am satisfied with them both, even if for the last three years I preferred seeing Dr. Mishan. She is kind, funny, pleasant, very empathetic, patient, explains very well. She understands my needs as a patient and as a woman and also understands how nervous I can be. I don't understand, however, some of the negative comments. Run. Away. Vivian Mishan was on call when I went into labor and thankfully she never made it in time. However, i trusted her with my son’s procedure in the hospital and we are still dealing with the consequences of that decision. I would avoid this entire group of doctors to avoid having her do your delivery or care for your sons. Also, when we had to take my son to the ER the day after discharge because of what she did to him carelessly - we called the office and they said his care now had nothing to do with them. First & Last Visit to this practice: Despite experiencing severe pelvic pain and other symptoms daily for over a month, and having imaging results showing an ovarian cyst and other findings, I felt my concerns were dismissed. During my initial visit with Dr. Shalev, I requested an order for a pelvic MRI, but after the visit, I was told to follow up with a gastroenterologist because it “doesn’t sound like a GYN problem” and given a script for a repeat ultrasound. I went to the CentraState East Windsor branch before it closed. I had an abnormal pap that I wasn’t told about & no further testing was done. My new doctor immediately did another pap & HPV testing. Guess who’s positive? No wonder they closed that branch. I wouldn’t trust this one either.
