First & Last Visit to this practice: Despite experiencing severe pelvic pain and other symptoms daily for over a month, and having imaging results showing an ovarian cyst and other findings, I felt my concerns were dismissed. I went to the CentraState East Windsor branch before it closed. I had an abnormal pap that I wasn’t told about & no further testing was done. My new doctor immediately did another pap & HPV testing. Guess who’s positive? No wonder they closed that branch. I wouldn’t trust this one either.

I am a new patient and it was literally the first time I’ve had to call the front desk (besides to make my first appointment) — and I have honestly never been spoken to at a medical office the way *Sandra* spoke to me. After 1.5 hours of not picking up the phone, she answers immediately with an attitude and I try to explain my situation (needing prior authorization for my insurance) but she cuts me off before I can finish and is so clearly bothered??? I was looking to establish care with a new gyn and I scheduled with Karen Lowe at the Marlboro location, I was taken back how welcoming and spotless the office was. They even have a play area for children. The Staff are all very pleasent, Karen was amazing, she listened and addressed my concerns. I received high quality care, no long wait times and I wasn’t rushed. I highly recommend this practice.

I can’t even put into words my experience I had today. I want to start by saying I am healthcare professional for 26 years now, so I take patient care very seriously. There is a woman by the name Patrice that works in the Freehold location-she is not only rude on how she speaks with people but lacks compassion for patients.
