Upsetting experiences with a nurse and office staff. Attitudes, insensitivity, and no communication
Rebecca Fitzgerald was AMAZING and I cannot express that enough she was sweet and kind and explained things throughly and did not make me feel ashamed of asking questions. Will definitely choose her for everything now as that was the best care that I have gotten in a while! Thank you so much she’s the best
I had an 2 o’clock appointment they asked for me to come at 1:30. I got stuck in traffic and got there 10 minutes late and they denied taking me. The doctor‘s name is Dr. Zamora very rude. I would recommend nobody going to see Dr. Zamora. She is not a professional doctor at all. I told the receptionist that I had a 2 o’clock appointment and she was refusing to take me because I was there 10 minutes late. She agreed that she was wrong. Not a place to go for a gynecologist.
My pap was done and I never got results. I have told them continuously that I think I have a titlted uterus and would like for them to check, the told me, to dismiss my symptoms "Its probably just your age" im 37 and do Kegel exercises. They don't listen and they dont care
Dr. Zamora was excellent. Kind, helpful and patient.
