**update ** Dr Kate andrewartha told me several times that I didn’t have endo and just go for IVF. Well, she was wrong and I am glad I sought a second opinion. I had surgery today and endo was present, they have washed it out and said it should improve my chances of conceiving! Honestly, ladies the only true way to see endo is a laparoscopy! Scans sometimes can show it but if it doesn’t, it doesn’t mean it’s not there! Always get a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right. I am so glad I did. ** I attended belong o & g... read more

My husband and I felt listened to, informed and empowered every step of the way so that we felt prepared and confident to make any decisions needed. I attended belong o & g in December 2023. Saw Dr Kate Andrewartha, my first impression was that she was lovely. She referred me to the public and sent me off for tests in between. She said she didn’t need to see me again and would email me with the test results.
