From the front desk office personal, to Dr. Kindred, to having my blood taken.. this office is outstanding! Dr. Kindred and staff are understanding , patient, and really listened to me. You just don’t find this type of grace and kindness in an entire doctors office anymore. Office staff and Dr. Kindred has managed to maintain excellent bedside manners which allows me to feel at ease going to the doctors office.
It has been nearly impossible to get through to the office staff for Dr. Kindred. You can press all the options and no one ever picks up. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes at a time over multiple days. You can call in the morning when they open, after lunch or even at the end of day and no response. This is absolutely ridiculous for patients to receive help of feedback about their care.
My specialist, Dr. Kindred, is a gem. I've been seeing her since my last pregnancy in 2020. If you're looking for an honest, intelligent, and genuinely caring provider...she is an excellent choice.
Pretty disappointed so far. Supposed to be getting labs every 3-4 weeks and meds adjusted based on those levels. Results came in two days ago (it’s Friday) and I have yet to get a response about adjustments. By the time it’s actually reviewed by the provider, it’ll be Monday. Which means we are almost a week behind in changing meds. Meaning we won’t see the full effects of changes. I’ve been to two visits and have always had to call to follow up on my own results.
