The call back time is horrible, takes this office over a week to get back to you for any kind of appointment or concern. You have to wait a good hour or so to even set an appointment as well. Setting an appointment or speaking to someone should be hassle free and unfortunately it’s not and I’ve been with this office for two years now but I’m planning to switch out.
