My doctor was amazing but the receptionist and nurses are extremely unhelpful. If you struggle with anxiety as I do I wouldn’t recommend this office because they make no effort to be remotely kind or helpful.
Every provider has been so kind, happy to educate, warm, and personable. I highly recommend this practice.
Not the best first experience and impression at all for me. I called Monday was given an appointment time for 130pm Friday March 7th. Did the online check in and everything just for them to have closed at noon bcuz they don't have the obgyn clinic after that. The receptionist even said on the phone let me make sure that we have our clinic Friday and that that's the available time and said oh yep we are good I'll put you down for 130pm.So what is the point in setting up an appointment for me for 130pm today. Made a new patient appointment, requested off and used PTO from work for said appointment, had a friend request off work for said appointment so they could take me, just for them to reschedule it with two weeks notice for a day and time that most definitely did not work for me nor will I have a way to get to said appointment. Extremely unprofessional behavior. You will never see me as a patient! Completely wasted my time and resources.
