Well I was reading reviews and really excited to go to this medical practice and give birth at this birth center. I was turned down for living too far but I only live 16 miles away. Unbelievable. I’m heartbroken I can’t have a good birth experience but have to go to an inner city hospital simply because of where I stated I was located to the operator. They had me on hold for ten minutes and didn’t even ask me ANY information about if I had reliable transportation. I just don’t understand.
My doctor was amazing but the receptionist and nurses are extremely unhelpful. If you struggle with anxiety as I do I wouldn’t recommend this office because they make no effort to be remotely kind or helpful.
Every provider has been so kind, happy to educate, warm, and personable. I highly recommend this practice.
Not the best first experience and impression at all for me. I called Monday was given an appointment time for 130pm Friday March 7th. Did the online check in and everything just for them to have closed at noon bcuz they don't have the obgyn clinic after that. The receptionist even said on the phone let me make sure that we have our clinic Friday and that that's the available time and said oh yep we are good I'll put you down for 130pm.So what is the point in setting up an appointment for me for 130pm today.
