Excellent service. Great doctors who listen. Office staff are wonderful and very helpful.
I spent over a month trying to get a referral to see someone about severe PMDD. I was at first told by reception that yes that they do treat that and gave me the particular doctor's name that does. Then I went to two GPs to try and get the referral and got the referral. Unfortunately this referral was useless as I was told later on that they don't treat this issue and then of course reception has since ghosted me about this. I cannot recommend Professor Eden highly enough. After a frustrating experience with a previous gynecologist who dismissed my concerns, I sought a second opinion from Professor Eden, and it was the best decision I made for my health. He immediately took my condition seriously and urgently referred me to the RWH, where I was seen within a week. My GP referred me to Prof Eden. My first appointment I was not sure what to expect but walked out with a game plan and a follow up booked for 3 months later. Professor Eden is the best of the best and worth the wait to see. His staff are so delightful and friendly. Highly recommend!
