This is the most unprofessional Obgyn office I have ever went to! Did an in office procedure and had the most uncomfortable experience ever. Would never recommend any woman to attend this office. Not all the staff but the majority and doctor I had was the most unpleasant group of people. Find anywhere else to go but here!
Worst office organization ever. Either understaffed or staff doesn't care. I called twice and had to hang up twice for the extremely long hold time. Nearing 10 minutes. Every time secretary answers the phone she pleasantly says hello, barely gives you a chance to say hello back and then puts you on hold. No music in the background. The physician attempted to book me for three seperate appointments for simple procedure. That is why they can over bill for frivilous and not medically warranted procedures while you miss work.
