I contemplated leaving this review for nearly a year, but I think it's important for other women to see before coming into this clinic. I was pre-warned that Dr. Trupin is a little quirkier than most, which wasn't a big deal so I went ahead and gave it a shot. I started going for weight loss but wasn't getting the results I wanted so eventually went less often, during these visits I was always with Cassie, the NP. Bad experience. Cannot ever get through to the office to speak to anyone one on one. They never return calls or follow up. Dr. Trupin is very scatter brained, and made me feel rushed to get me in and out. Very disappointed.
Awful. I went in to specifically ask about other birth control options because I was looking to switch and instead she would change the subject and try to pressure me into getting Ozempic shots and kept bringing up weight loss. It was incredibly frustrating. So finally I gave up and just told her to give me the usual Depo shot so I could leave and find a doctor that would actually listen to me. I’m getting ThermiVa and Emsella treatments here. Trupin showed me obvious problems that developed after I had my kid; my own doctors failed to point the issues out. The treatments have pretty much fixed the problems already. I wish it had always been so easy for women to heal after birth. Non-surgical, pain-free solutions that are totally worth it. Wow!! I just moved here from Houston (world largest medical center and where I had a full service concierge medical team). I was worried about finding someone who could help with hormone pellets and other complex aging issues. Dr. Trupin was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough and offered lots of great options moving forward. I'm relieved to be in great hands of someone who cares about women's whole health.
