Horrible! I would not recommend this place to anyone. They have zero professionalism, empathy or tact to deal with patients in healthcare. The facilities are unkept, the bathrooms are disgusting we got here at 5am and the bathrooms had no toilets paper, trash everywhere smelled like urine, I brought it up to Jacob not sure what his position is there other than being rude and unprofessional to everyone he came in contact with and at 11 am those bathrooms looked the same. Went in for a procedure and the nurses treated me like a queen, very patient oriented, made the experience extremely pleasant. My doctors were awesome and communicated at my non science level. Appreciate the support and attention I received. Hoping not to have to go back but will if in the future it is necessary.
Don’t give birth here!! They don’t wash their hands, will take the trash out then touch your postpartum body. I got a hospital acquired INFECTION!!! For my c section the NURSE (CRNA) hit me 7 times with the spinal block and still failed till I screamed get me the real anesthesiologist!! They didn’t introduce who was in the operating room but man it was known on the hospital bills that came in. I delivered my new born boy morning on Feb 25th 2025! Thanks for nurse Lexi, she is helping me the whole time during delivery and encouraging me to keep trying when I. She is so incredible and knowledgeable. Also thanks for the postpartum nurses, they offered all the help I needed!
MIKO, KIM, MARY, & JUDITH were outstanding nurses!! Told them I will be expecting them when I come back for a second delivery LOL!
