Worst experience I’ve had with a medical “professional”. One of the women on the phone (I think her name was Ashley) was outrageously rude and Refused to refill my birth control shot. They demanded documents From my college I just graduated from...it is summer! The clinic is closed. Documentation of the last time it was filled wasn’t sufficient either. “Sorry we just can’t. I had all 4 of my kids with dr.small who passed away he was wonderful as is this office the whole staff is wonderful here and they make your baby experience a great one!
