The office staff makes you feel uncomfortable. The OB was nice, but i never have had such a rough appointment in 35 years living as a woman! (Im still sore 3 weeks later). Also, the nurse made a statement that "i look like i work in sales..." - apparently i was dressed too nicely? It was the way she said it and it made me feel deeply uncomfortable. This review is for the billing dept and for the person who called me back. Not jennifer -just to be clear. I am genuinely disappointed with the recent experience. Initially, I was scheduled to see Jennifer Miller Davis, whom I believed would be an excellent provider given her outstanding reviews. Kelly Jackson was the most professional, and kind healthcare professional I've ever encountered. She answered all my questions with as much or little depth as I needed, and made me feel seen and heard. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Miller Davis must be superhuman. She’s somehow there for her patients at the clinic as well as all the baby deliveries at the hospital, and makes it feel like she has all the time in the world for you. Dr. Miller Davis is compassionate, patient, experienced, and very kind. It was a relief to have her present during my labor and delivery, and I know not many other doctors are there to personally deliver their patients’ babies. I have been with this office for over 2 years and love all of them! Kelly delivered my baby and was amazing! Everything about the office was fantastic and I can’t say nicer things about it!
